PTS is a very Simple, Easy to use, Safe, Reliable and Proven Teleconsultation solution. PTS has mobile apps for Consumer and Doctor which run on both Android and iOS. PTS is supported with a strong back end PROSIT Health Solution (PHS) which has the necessary configurations and related transactions.
A consumer can see the available appointments of all Doctors practising on the PTS platform, book an appointment in a simplistic manner, and pay the consultation charges. At the appointment time, consumer can carry out video / audio consultation with the doctor. The consumer can receive Rx, Consult Summary, Diagnostic requests.
Customer can carry out several actions on simple clicks. Can view complete profile of the doctor, available appointment slots of the doctor, select & book an appointment, pay the consultation charges online using the payment gateway, cancel an appointment and get the refund of the charges. Can access detailed past medical records. Also, can upload medical records for doctor’s review. Can interact with the doctor on audio / video / chat mode. Can mute / reverse camera / switch between speaker phone and headphone, upload required records using chat. Can receive Rx, Visit Summary and diagnostic requests from doctor.
PTS apps can run on Android / iOS cell phones, Android tablets, iPADs and Chrome browser. PROSIT Health Solution (PHS) runs on Chrome browser. While PTS apps can be published on the App Stores, PHS can be accessed through the published URL from the server.
PTS apps talk to the backend solution through cloud server. A backend interface module is used to bridge the apps with the backend solution. The backend solution can be either PROSIT Health Solution (PHS) which is developed for Healthcare enterprises as per International Healthcare standards or Existing Health Solution of the Healthcare institution. In case of adopting existing health solution, the required data needs to be populated in the interface module.
PTS apps access the EMR (PROSIT EMR or existing solution EMR) and allow the user to view the complete clinical history of the consumer. Clinical history includes all possible elements depending on the need of the healthcare enterprise / unit and data availability. This helps the consumer to monitor the progressing health condition and the usage of medical records for all required purposes. This view helps the doctor to review the health condition of the consumer and determine the medical action plan.
